Hotel Policies

To assist with planning your stay at our hotel on Dover Beach in Barbados, please find our Hotel Policies below.  
 

Payment Policy  

For reservations booked directly with the hotel a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.  Full payment will be processed at the time of check in unless stipulated otherwise. The following credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)  
 

Cancellation Policy  

For Winter stays that fall between December 16th and April 15th, cancellations must be received up to 14 days before arrival to incur no penalty. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 3 nights stay. For Summer stays that fall between April 16th and December 15th, cancellations must be received up to 7 days before arrival to incur no penalty. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1 night stay.  In the event of a "no show" the total stay amount is non refundable. 

Government Room Rate Levy  

As of July 1, 2018 the Barbados Government imposed a  room rate levy to all hotel guests of $9.72 USD per room per night.
