Equipped with a king bed, these rooms also include a fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower or shower/tub combo. All rooms come with a balcony that either overlooks the main swimming pool or the gardens within the property.These standard rooms meet the needs of those guests looking for cozy accommodation at the best value price.

Garden/ Pool View Room
Ocean View Room
A good choice for couples would be our Ocean View Rooms which offer more interior space and are equipped with a king or two double beds, fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower or show/tub combo. We cannot forget to mention the view, which is simply beautiful ! The balcony includes a seating area and overlooks the white sands of the popular Dover Beach. Many of our guests love to sip coffee in the morning gazing out to the ocean watching the sun rise.
Honeymooners, Anniversaries or Special Occasions
Junior Suite
Junior Suites offer a little more grandeur not only in space but style too. One of the major plus’s are these suites come with a seating/ dining area and kitchenette as well as a king bed, TV, air conditioning and luxury bathrobes. Just imagine enjoying breakfast on your balcony in your Southern Palms robe whilst looking out to picturesque views of the popular Dover beach.

Luxury Suite
These spacious one bedroom suites are designed with a family or group of friends in mind. The bedroom is equipped with a king bed or two double beds along with a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower/ tub combo. In addition, they offer a dining area, kitchenette and separate living area with pull out queen sofa bed. A bonus is there are interconnecting suites available increasing the footage further. Great for Famillies or Groups !
