Worthing Square

Worthing Square is located in the Worthing Area which is a short 5-10 minute drive from Southern Palms. Mostly a night spot and tucked away under trees with a beer garden vibe. Worthing Square has a great selection of food trucks offering different cuisines from Caribbean classics to Asian Poke Bowls. 

The island style vibe is amplified by a varied weekly live entertainment schedule with the sounds of reggae, soca and dancehall. The food selection, atmosphere and price point make this a must try whilst on island .

Southern Palms “De Bajan Corner”

Our newly created “De Bajan Corner” Menu selection has become a hit here at Southern Palms. We’ve taken some of the  much loved Bajan classics and brought them directly to you. Now you can enjoy the famous “Bread & Two” which consists of fish cakes in a salt bread roll or flying fish cutters or BBQ chicken wings with macaroni pie.If you're feeling super adventurous ask about our “daily special".

Oistins Fish Fry 

We couldn’t possibly curate this list and forget the famed Oistins Fish Fry ! The most popular night of week is generally Fridays but Oistins Bay Garden is open nightly. Different stalls make up this open air eatery all serving similar selections with the staple being fish.

There is a wide selection of fish options to choose from such as Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Kingfish, Flying Fish and much more served with your choice of grilled potatoes, macaroni pie, chips, rice, breadfruit and all the salads. Plus, a bonus - the portion sizes are generous so great for sharing ! If you are a meat lover, don’t fear most stalls offer chicken, pork or lamb.

With a jam packed weekly entertainment schedule, it’s the perfect place for couples, solo travellers or families to come together and  listen to great music, eat great food and dance the night away.

Cuz Fish Stand

A favourite amongst locals and tourists, Cuz’s fish cutters are widely recognised as some of the best cutters on island. It’s no wonder every time you venture down to the fish stand you see a long queue of hungry patrons waiting to get their Cuz cutter fix !

This popular spot is located by Pebble Beach between The Hilton and Radisson Aquatica Hotel.

Yelluh Meat

Yelluh meat brings to you the only place on island where you can dine on breadfruit. This unique concept serves traditional toppings in a breadfruit bowl. Toppings include lamb stew, pickled pigtail, buljol,  tuna gravy to name a few with your choice of salsa.

Yelluh Meat is a must try and  promises to give individuals a taste of true Bajan culture through the richness of traditional cuisine.
