- Head down to late breakfast and revel in the offering. Go super healthy with green juice, fruit and oats or go big with the full English ! Looking for something sweet, we have you covered- stacked pancakes or waffles ladden in cream and chocolate sauce.
- Secure your spot poolside, enjoy a good book whilst feeling the sunshine rays of the warm Caribbean sun- great for tanning.
Southern Palms is beachfront, overlooking over 1000 ft of white powdery sand with the backdrop of the crystal clear waters. The beach is a popular beach where the Hawkbill Turtles nest and hatch their eggs. If you’re here in the months of April - November you may just catch a glimpse of a hatching.
Night 1 -Glam Night Out
It’s time to bring the glam ! Sunkissed and a new dress to wow.
- Pre-drinks at the hotel Khus Khus Bar. Take advantage of 2 for 1 on select drinks from 6pm - 7pm (Tuesday to Sunday).
- Ocean front dinner at the stylish Champers Restaurant on the south coast accompanied by cocktails or wine.
- Take a taxi back to the party spot- St. Lawrence Gap and dance the night away at the many hot spots. Think Dj’s, or live music.
Day 2 - Adventure & Island Fun
Exploring Bim !
- A daytime catamaran up the West Coast. Snorkel the shipwrecks and swim with turtles followed by a lunch stop. The perfect way to see the island from the beautiful ocean.
- Feeling adventurous ? Rent yourself a car and do your own island tour. At 21 miles long and 14 miles wide the island can be toured in one day, explore the unique spots each coast has to offer to see why Barbados is famed for being the gem of the Caribbean Sea !

Night 2 - Local Flavour and Culture
Feel the culture through food at Oistins Fish Fry !
- Head to Oistins Fish Fry for fresh seafood, music and dancing.
- Try local favourites like mahi mahi, macaronie pie and breadfruit.
- It’s a casual, lively night with a great atmosphere amongst the locals.
Top Tip: Head there early ( 5:30pm) to bag yourself a great seat !
Day 3 - A Recharge is Calling
Slow it right down with a reset day.
- Try complimentary Yoga with Jo at the hotel to clear the mind, body and soul.
- Find your Palm Tree and snooze the afternoon away in one of the many hammocks on property.
- A delicious Lunch at The Khus Khus Bar. From salads to burgers to steaks, check out the all day menu.
Night 3 -Harbour Lights Dinner Show
End on a high with a Beach Party !
