In the evenings our menus alternate between Theme Nights where Live Entertainment and buffets are offered – as follows:
Monday – Either Full Buffet or Light Grill – available seasonally – with Live Music by ``The Redmen" Thursday – Full Barbeque / Buffet Selection with Live Steel pan Music by ``The all Stars Steel Orchestra" Saturday – A Roast Beef Buffet – With live Dance Music supplied by ``Syndikyt" The alternate evenings we offer a Table d'hote Menu with Gourmet Menu available seasonally In addition to catering to our resident Guest we also offer catering facilities and have enjoyed hosting a wide range of events such as Wedding Receptions, Awards Dinners, graduations ect. Private Conference facilities are available which can be utilized for Business meetings alone or can be combined with catering facilities to offer a full service of coffee break, Lunch and meeting space. |
