	Southern Palms has a unique blend of colonial style buildings and manicured gardens, maintaining a home away from home ambiance with friendly staff to assist in making the perfect location for business or pleasure. The Resort consists of 92 units situated in 6 buildings, with 3 categories to choose from. (...to let you in on a secret, even the Garden / Pool view rooms have a good view of the beach and sea!)
	The rooms have many facilities, well appointed Caribbean style decor and cool ceramic tiles. Due to the variances in architecture of the buildings the rooms will differ slightly. All of our rooms have balconies or patios so that you can bring a little bit of the ocean breezes into your room.

All Rooms and Suites include the following facilities: Every room or suite is air-conditioned and well appointed with Caribbean style decor, private bathroom, balcony or patio and all units have telephone with data port and voice mail, radio and television. Most rooms & all suites have wireless access and you will find ‘hot spots’ in some public areas. In addition to the above facilities the Suites / Duplexes have a full kitchenette as well.
